Ordered 17 January. It is 28 February and I still do not have my order. No communication and they do not respond to emails.

Unhappy customer- order takes very very long
I ordered online on 17 January 2026 and the order is not fulfilled ay 03 February 2026. They do not respond to emails and it is difficult to get hold of them.
