I'm beyond furious!!!! Amazon Milnerton is deducting R79.00 from my account and I have no current subscriptions with them. I logged a *********** dispute with my bank at FNB. And I want the money paid back to me!!!
There is no way to cancel this trial. Their emails simply direct you to log in to the website and once once you do, it says that it they find an email address associated with the one you've entered, they will email you. I was debited R730.00 for a subscription I do not want! I want Impulse Brain Training to refund me now!!!!
Please note that I am getting a case number from SAPS against Vodacom as a company for deducting money for a canceled phone contract for which a RAM driver used after collecting it from me. In excess of R2000 has been taken from me for the phone I canceled and don't have. Fraud investigation has been 3 months with no update from Vodacom. I am changing my prepaid from Vodacom this weekend. I am going to SA Consumer Protection act to lay a formal complaint. This is now the last straw. Please be advised of the above.
Please note I am no longer dealing with Marlon or Vodafone. I will get a case number from SAPS against Vodacom as a company and report the theft. I cannot carry on being debited for a phone that I canceled,don't have in my possession and sent through the fraud documents 3 months ago. You Have billed me in excess of R2000 already for something I canceled and a RAM driver was using after collecting from me. Expect SAPS to be in contact with a case number. I'm at my wits end. The only next option is to do an interview on Carter Blanche. I will change from Vodacom this weekend as well. This is not acceptable. I will also see how ICASA can be of help if any at all

I canceled my contract and you billed me. It was within the 14 day lead time. Call me back otherwise I'm taking this further. I am moving over to another network. Your service is atrocious
I wonr rate Vodacom anything higher than a 1 star rating until the service is better. I understand its COVID but why can a manager help me efficiently after I have posted on Hello Peter only? Our ****le isn't working properly after it arrived more than a month late. Please get back to me!
I will not use Vodacom ever again. Terrible service! I tried canceling my new phone contract within the 14 days as stipulated. No response on email. As discussed on the phone on 30 July nobody has collected the phone. I will contact consumers act because my calls have been recorded along with their unhelpfulness. Been with vodacom for years and how can I use a phone where my car insurance crash detection app won't even work and Vodacom doesn't care or keep me updated. Also order a wifi ****le which has not arrived in a month of ordering it. Pathetic service.
