Flight Centre, never again! This was our second time with Flight Centre, our first was a fantastic Pre-COVID trip arranged to Europe, by an Employee that has since moved on. One would think that after the COVID 19 pandemic, and the hit that the travel sector suffered, that one would get better service, not the case! Travel Centre is Expensive, unprofessional and unreliable. Expensive- we paid more than 30% more, than what other guests that booked directly through Priority Escapes paid. Unprofessional- we had five (5) Flight Centre Employees work with us to arrange the trip. We asked for travel insurance that would give us 100% refund in case of cancellation, when we tried to cancel 11 days before departure we were told that we would be subject to 100% cancellation fee, this despite the fact that Flight Centre arranged our package through Priority Escapes that guarantees 100% refund for cancellation within 7 days of departure. Unreliable- Once they had our payment, we had to chase up on all the arrangements. We even had to inform Flight Center of flight changes, that we heard about from fellow travellers, for Flight Centre to confirm that the flights were in fact changed. And to get this confirmation we had to send our daughter to the Fight Centre offices, because Flight Centre did not respond to my emails. Flight Centre- you do not become a millionaire on a single transaction, it’s repeat business that makes the money. Also, travellers use you for what they believe you to give them peace of mind, this is not the case. You will certainly not be get any business from me in the future.
I purchased a product online, in February 2021, delivery quoted 15-20 days. Not having received it in April 2021, I queried where it was. I was told that they product was not available, and that I would be refunded in 10 to 14 days. Not having received the refund I recontacted PC Link Shop, they said that their Accounts was handling the matter. I am still waiting, and the product continues to be advertised.
The service was absolutely amazing. Made a purchase on a Geyserwise, which was delivered within three days. Needed an additional component which I ordered the the Friday, was delivered on the Monday. Extremely happy with the service.
I booked a car with Budget Rent A Car, through Carrentals.com. Six month later I’m still waiting for my refund. Contacted Carrentals.com for help in reviving my money, lots of promises but no money.
I hired a car from Budget Rent A Car in December, 2019. I paid a “Pre-authorized” deposit. Six months later, I am still waiting for a refund. When I contacted Budget Rent A Car Customer Service, they were rude and useless.
