Their systems don't work, and I have been on the phone for many days dealing with some staff who are extremely rude and hung up on me. The rude staff (A*t*h*i) also accused me of being confused and making me out to be a **** because their system is broken. They even deny their own transaction on my account which I show them. He would not even allow me to escalate him, leaving helpless. Eventually after many calls and fights I found another agent who sent all of the info to the support team who were able to trace the transaction and give me relevant information. They were helpful but they also did not get feedback from support on why the transaction is not reflecting on my account. If there were zero stars, I would give them that.
I ordered a laptop stand on Friday 22 May 2020 afternoon, and I received my order Saturday morning. Matthew was very helpfull and dialed me quickly to notify me of stock issues and confirmation of an alternative product (stand same stand different colour) - I liked the alternative as it was the colour that I actually wanted but had missed when I made the order. It was quick and I did not expect a delivery on a weekend. I am a happy customer.
