Your brand name is being ruined by makro
Good day lasa please can someone from lasa contact me - I placed an order for your cabinet from makeo online at the price they had listed . The took the funds confirmed the order and confirmed delivery . They then cancelled the order and initiated a refund without my consent claiming they had no stock - meanwhile I have images and everything of stock being available . It makro posted an incorrect price that is not the customers problem . They are giving you a bad brand name now - please get involved as this is unacceptable . I expect the cabinet at the price I paid . And I have been promised feedback from them since last week Tuesday !!! They blaming you saying there was no stock which is nonsense and I have proof there was stock -

Awful customer service
Absolutely shocking experience will never use them again change their policy at the drop of the hat, website is an absolute nightmare to order from, and when the company there is no interest at all to help you with whatsoever…. Wanted to buy quite a big amount, and absolutely zero customer service and care, when I told them that they will lose a customer they answer was okay goodbye, Company in the last six months can’t even get their website working so you can order online, every time one phones to explain every explanation has been it’s a developer problem

Awful customer service

Useless customer service and goods
LASA africa including electronics and medical is so useless. there has not been anything that i have bought from this place that has been even fairly better then a generic part. even besides their electronics those goods all seem to have these HIGH reviews and adverts etc(but they barely work in most cases). this is from takealot aswell as their branch... out of 10 things i bought here only 1 seemed to have done its job properly

Great value and service
Ordered a used item late afternoon (which sells at a massive discount compared to a new one) from their website. Item arrived next day; it looks brand new and works perfectly. Really happy with the service (and price I paid ultimately!). Great value.

Great value and service

Great efficient service
Very happy with the turnaround time from when I placed my order. Hopped onto their website, as it was cheaper to buy direct than via another website, and placed order just after 3pm, and the courier arrived at my place before 10am the next morning (JHB>CPT). I'm all about efficiency, and LASA met my expectations!

Quick Delivery
I ordered a laptop stand on Friday 22 May 2020 afternoon, and I received my order Saturday morning. Matthew was very helpfull and dialed me quickly to notify me of stock issues and confirmation of an alternative product (stand same stand different colour) - I liked the alternative as it was the colour that I actually wanted but had missed when I made the order. It was quick and I did not expect a delivery on a weekend. I am a happy customer.

Non delivery and charging for same day
Terrible customer service! I ordered a fitbit charger and paid for same day delivery. Its been 4 days and still no delivery been promised for tomorrow after I had to phone numerous times and hear excuses ranging from staff functions to the ecommerce person being in court to a backlog on deliveries but still they charge same day delivery fees and I cannot be refunded for the additional delivery fees.. i even asked to come pick up the item due to their poor service only to be told no sorry cannot come pick it up and be refunded the delivery fee.
