Quick and efficient claim process and turn around. Payout was done within a day of the claim being approved. The claims process was also easy to follow.
Astin really assisted well and was able to answer my questions. She was also patient with the fact of not being able to always contact me as I have a busy schedule.

Extremely bad customer service. Embezzling money from customers. We purchased a vehicle from Auto Pedigree Pomona in 2019 with a maintenance plan. we subsequently needed to take the vehicle in for a service only to discover that the maintenance plan was never purchased even though it was on the invoice. I subsequently contacted the dealer principle multiple times who kept on having excuses as to what is going on. I've sent facebook messages to the head office who also responds in saying someone will contact us which has to date still not happened. We had to pay the services out of our pocket and subsequently the maintenance plan we have lost the entire R10000 which we are still paying monthly on installments
Terrible customer service! I ordered a fitbit charger and paid for same day delivery. Its been 4 days and still no delivery been promised for tomorrow after I had to phone numerous times and hear excuses ranging from staff functions to the ecommerce person being in court to a backlog on deliveries but still they charge same day delivery fees and I cannot be refunded for the additional delivery fees.. i even asked to come pick up the item due to their poor service only to be told no sorry cannot come pick it up and be refunded the delivery fee.
My study material has still not been dispatched since AUGUST!! and i'm almost writing exams in 2 weeks, on Friday i got another promise that my material will be delivered today but again to no avail!
