Terrible service waited half an hour for 1 roti roll, absolutely dry hardly any curry. Not worth R60
I had a monthly contract with Zoom fibre, they handed my contract over to Mweb without consulting me. Mweb is now charging me R449 versus the R299 I was paying with Zoom. I'm trying to call Mweb to cancel no answer. I have emailed mweb to cancel but no response. Service is pathetic n coverage is terrible
My husband passed away on the 5 August 2021. I went to the bank for assistance as what ever funds were deposited into his bank account all the debits went off despite me sending all the companies all the required documents of his death. I went to Capitec to close his account, the lady was not even a little empathetic towards me, just told me go to court to get a letter to close his account. I was very shocked, as im not in a good space and im back to work so sitting in court is a little difficult right now. Why does it have to be so difficult to help us in our times of need Capitec?

Hi i received a call from agent named Fathima, she offered data package R89.00 to be loaded on my current simcard. I get call from courier company that they want to deliver a mtn sim to me. I told them its incorrect they sed contact Mondo. Called 4 times even sent message for investigation, no feedback yet. But my activation fee was debited and im told its non refundable even though there agent lied. I also found out the deal was R149 and not R89 as the agent said. Mondo i was happy with ur service thus far but this has brought great dissapointment to me

Hi at first I was completely upset with your sales consultant for misleading me, however I was than assisted with a manager named Suhana-Nepaul Raidoo, she was excellent. She was calm honest and very timely. I'm very pleased with her service and have remained with Mondo due to her excellence service.
