Active since May 2020
After losing my baggage upon arrival at Cape Town on Thursday, I have had no communication from them - with the exception of a reference number. Calling the number at CT International is frustrating and never answered. There has been no assurances given, no compensation offered. My confidence that I will ever se my bag again is dwindling.
I made payment in April and am still waiting for my licence disk. Having used them before, I have always been satisfied. But after this experience, I am thoroughly disappointed. I have emailed them and not had a reply. Not sure what to do now?
trying to shop online - website seems to not be working. Couldn't put any item into my checkout cart. Tried to find how to help on the website - pathetic - eventually found a phone number which never gets answered wit no option to email. Very disappointing? Any suggestions?
