all other credit bureau update profile only VCCB doesn't update
I logged a dispute for them to remove unknown account showing on my profile , followed the procedure ,I was dealing with Jacob who confirmed this has been removed on my credit profile , only to find out the account is still showing on my profile

Bad services and empty promises
In November last year they fixed my Fridge and I paid them R3400 didn't took even one week and the Fridge was not working they collected the unit again to fix it but now it no working for the third time , they promised me they will bring a Fridge to use while they to mine but they never did now my food is OFF the smell of that meat is completely disgusting to human can eat that for the whole month what am I gonna eat.

Build it poor service
On Monday the 25th went to build it hardware bought Lentels,Columns and Cement i was promised by the cashier they were gonna deliver on the following day unfortunately he lied even today they still haven't deliver my order
