Clicks online customer service is pathetic. Online it says that your goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days, however, you’ll be waiting double the time. They do nothing about the delivery issues and do not let you know what’s happening until you enquire. All they can do is apologize without any action and it means absolutely nothing. Their service is pathetic and giving them one star is too much. A big company that can’t even compensate for wasting your time. Pathetic
Worst food poisoning ever experienced. Tried to contact them about it since something was definitely off about their fish when I visited. They denied that it’s impossible since they get “fresh fish” delivered daily. Their customer service is super pathetic. Their Instagram page is a joke because all they do is reply to positive comments and ignore the negative ones. Both me and my friend got sick from eating their poison but they say that it’s impossible. I hate a company that can’t own up to something and not even apologize and say they will look into it.
Awesome communication and a quick delivery even during a pandemic :) they’ve got a customer for life!
