Can SOMEONE please get hold of me urgently via email & not reply to me via a BOT! Check my initial email dated 7 May 2023 to customercare@vodacom.co.za. Downgrade my account to my R66 package & refund my 3 months IMMEDIATELY!!! 3 July will be my 4th month of being debited incorrectly because some *********** vodacom sales reps can't do their job properly!!! You can NEVER get hold of a PERSON when phoning in! Your robot system is BEYOND PATHETIC!!!
I have emailed thrice to customercare@vodacom.co.za on the 7/05/23, 8/05/23 & 21/05/23 & NOBODY has contacted me yet! All my details about my matter are in my first email! I have asked to be put back on my same old package & not to be upgraded but this company has just done whatever they wanted! I want to be refunded IMMEDIATELY & put back on my old package! What is thee point of having this customer care email if nobody responds to you & you get asked one question in each separate email after I have given ALL my information in the very first email!?
I love everything about this restaurant, the setting makes you feel like you're in some lavish movie, yet it is so romantic and bold. On a perfect summer's evening it's so pretty to be seated outside under the fairy lights. The food and staff are amazing every single time I've been there. Definitely one restaurant to recommend.
Roco Mama's in Kenilworth Centre in Cape Town never disappoints me. Their food, their service is always 5 stars. I asked the waiter for the wide plastic straws and not the paper ones, and he went to the restaurant next door to get for our table.
Tammy at Pick n Pay in Rosmead Avenue, Cape Town has given myself and husband such great service. We asked her to mind out if there's more of a certain product and she did so with urgency. I'm giving 4 stars only because the cashier was so blunt when asking her something. Big ups to Tammy though, you ROCK!
This call centre lady phones me this morning to upgrade my decoder. After explaining everything and myself asking questions I decided that it will not be beneficial for me. And she rudely cuts the call. It wasn't as if I just said no to her offer, I actually questioned and listened to her offer.
I requested a refund on the 2 June 2020 as I downgraded my package. I know it takes 7 working days. The call centre lady tells me that it was only done on the 5 June. I asked her who’s fault is that because now I have to wait longer for my money, she says she doesn’t know. I ask her to find out as I never received any communication about that and she cuts the call. The worst agent I have spoken to, and it surely brings the entire company down with her pathetic approach
On 24 May I went into the Claremont store to take out a data SIM card. Was told to come back on 26 May to collect. Went in only to find out that it will take an hour to transfer to another consultant so it can be released. I asked them to phone me back when it’s ready to be collected. I have phoned on the 27th, 28th & 29 May, with absolutely no call back received! Went in to the store on 30 May & it took the consultant more than an hour to get it right & be given to me! She told me that by either 8pm that evening the sim will be activated or after 24 hours. It is now way more than 24 hours and my SIM card is still not working!!! I called the store again on 31 May & the lady told me once again that they will find out what’s going on and will call me back. It was end of business day and I Still received no communication!!!! As a first time Mtn client, I am extremely disgusted that the sale was more important to them than their service & my time that they’ve waisted! I could have taken the contact out online like my husband has done and would not have had an issue like this!!!!
