I have been using their Shampoo & conditioner for almost a year. After a few months of using it I notice that my hair was starting to fall out more, but didn't want to believe it as the product made my hair feel nice. Now I can't lie to myself anymore, when putting my hands through my hair each time I loose like 10 hairs. These Products work nice for curly hair and all but what is that going to help if I don't have any hair left???
Very bad experience. They loaded the wrong price on our bill. And called the manager after we nicely explained. And Jo-anne had an attityde to ask us what the problem was and after paying left with troughing our card on the table slip on the floor and leaving with an attitude. The first thing you learn as manager is to talk calmly to a paying customer. They are all unexperienced and has no manner.
Their are two different Companies Stander Motors and Stander Motor Sales. They guy goes by Derik and the account holder is Ruan. He is scamming people to pay a deposit on a suited car and they they transfer that money to a different account. They know everything about Stander Motors. Please be carefull. And be on the look out.
Hi, I cancelled my membership with telkom in July 2020. I was on the phone with one of the brokers which we agreed on a payment for a months rent and a pre-can ellation fee. Which was agreed to be deducted the end of August 2020 with the full amount. On 05/08/2020 it was only deducted with the monthly fee. And on 05/09/2020 the rest was deducted. Which was not agree. I reversed the debit order and received a ticket number, but never received a phone call. Then they started adding refusal fees, but they never phoned me. So i loged a Query and they still didn’t phone me. I even emailed the consumer council bit also never received any response.
They took for ever to come back to me. I have requested a cancellation multiple times, more then a month ago and they kept avoiding the request. So they still deducted money from my account. Gove them a big skip. Their services are extremely poor. And they don’t try to help u in anyway.
Where do i start. Their services are extreemly bad. I clicked on one of the toolkits to see what it has and it deducted money from my account without authorization. Then sending email to the company they came back with a response a few weeks later. After all that I requested for the membership to be cancelled immediately. It has been more then a month and they still haven’t responded or cancelled the membership. They are deductinh money from my account without authorization. And they aren’t responding to the emails just so that they can get one more months payment but not giving me my cancellation when i requested. These people are a fraud and do not go through with their courses unless you are looking for a fight.
