Best experience buying a new car - Ever
I purchased a pre-owned Isuzu bakkie from Stander Motors in Nigel, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had when buying a used car. A huge thank you to Nico and his team – you’re truly doing things right! I’m thrilled with the awesome bakkie I got, which is in excellent condition. The pre-approved finance was arranged in just 15 minutes, even late on a Thursday afternoon right before closing time. I received the final approval the very next morning. Veruscha, I really appreciate how quickly you handled the issues I had with the online Wesbank contract and organized the cross-border letter after the sale. You went above and beyond to help me. Nico and Anneri, thanks for delivering the vehicle to Johannesburg for me. Thanks again to everyone. Keep up the fantastic service!

Mr Nico Stander of Stander Motors Nigel knows little about customer care or simply does not care
2010 Nissan Xtrail bought cash at Stander Motors for approximately R220k in March 2023. Vehicle presented with mechanical defects within the first week of sale. After numerous requests and attempts to mediate, customer now resorted to legal action. Owner simply refuse to engage into any form of communication / mediation

2010 Nissan Xtrail bought cash at Stander Motors for approximately R220k in March 2023. Vehicle presented with mechanical defects within the first week of sale. After numerous requests and attempts to mediate, customer now resorted to legal action. Owner simply refuse to engage into any form of communication / mediation

Poor aftersales service and questionable ethics.
Within the first week after the purchase, I started finding oil spills underneath the vehicle. At this point I sent a WhatsApp to you showing the extent of the oil leaks. The oil leak got progressively worse, so I needed to act. Upon further closeup inspection, I found allot of faults of which a sticky gearbox is one. When approaching the dealership, they indicated they offered a maitenance plan, which I declined to purchase, therefore they will not fix or refund the vehicle

Their are two different Companies Stander Motors and Stander Motor Sales. They guy goes by Derik and the account holder is Ruan. He is scamming people to pay a deposit on a suited car and they they transfer that money to a different account. They know everything about Stander Motors. Please be carefull. And be on the look out.

StanderMotors(legit) VERSUS. StanderMotorDSales (Scam)
Hi Stander MOTORS does exist in nigel and is legit... spoke to receptionist HOWEVER Stander MOTORS SALES are posing as Stander Motors the legitimate company and offering ridiculously low prices for expensive cars.... Lemme tell you how to catch them... pose as buyer and tell them you wanna buy cash and you'll hear the excitement increase, be persistent and tell them your money is in an RA... that can hold as payment. They'll sound confused. The "boss" denzil who looks indian from pics, sounds like a coloured faking it and is actually a black man or men... The links open to blank wall on whatsapp Google their numbers from the web, address, contact people names given, ask for their ID NUMBERS and check websites that they link to... HTTPS vs just their SITE NAME .CO ZA. in the url tells you THEIR SCAMMERS ...
