I received outstanding service today at Incredible Connection in Cresta. From the moment we arrived, Tebogo, the manager, promptly arranged for someone to assist us. I was there to purchase a Yoco Khumo card machine, but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Kagiso, who helped us, was extremely friendly and proactive. He checked if HiFi Corporation at Cresta had stock, and when they didn’t, he discovered that the Campus Square branch in Melville—conveniently close to me—did. Following Tebogo’s instruction, Kagiso contacted the Melville branch and arranged for the stock to be reserved. He and the cashier also assisted me in signing up for a +more card, which gave me a 50% discount on the purchase. I paid for the Yoco device at Cresta and collected it with ease from Melville. A big thank you to everyone at Incredible Connection Cresta and Melville for their excellent service today. Keep up the great work!

After being a 17 year client of Cell C spending R3200 per month with them, I was very disappointed about the treatment I received from them today. I got to the store to upgrade my contracts. Then I got told that I have a R1200 credit limit and that I can only take 24 month contracts and not 36 month contracts, due to a bad credit rating. My credit score rating is 668/740 which is a Soaring High Score according to their app. My only account that I have and that is linked to Clearscore is my Cell C account. How can Clearscore give me a high rating and Cell C wants to penalize me as a loyal client of many years because they decided to give me a low credit score rating. We called the Cell C Care department regarding the low credit rating. The woman couldn't help me and promised me that her manager called Jabu will call me back. She never called me back. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Cell C today. So then the store wanted to force me to take other upgrades within the ridiculous credit limits that they wrongly allocated to me. My contact end date is 10/02/2024. As a result of the way I was treated today, I will then close my account completely with Cell C and move it to Vodacom or MTN. Cell C if you are treating loyal customers badly like this, you have your answer your company is struggling financially. You loosing clients that spend a lot of money with you as a result of you to did to me today and probably did to those customers that decided to go to your competitors.
