This is a company that has an employee Jeremy Theron who has falsely left reviews on Hello Peter and who has passed himself off as a legal advisor. Be warned if any company employs such an ********* person it reflects poorly on them.

Jeremys False review of JKJ Express
This is a response to the false review given by Jeremy relating to damage to garage doors consigned by JKJ Express. This claim had nothing to do with Jeremy who is based in Mauritius and sent a threatening letter to JKJ Express and FreightGuard who are the appointed claims administrators of JKJ Express. When challenged, Jeremy refused to disclose how he was related to this claim. The facts are the customer who logged the claim had previously been informed by JKJ Express that their packaging was woefully inadequate and that their freight would be refused by JKJ Express unless they addressed their packaging issues. Nevertheless the customer collected his freight and signed the proof of delivery. The garage doors were wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and single wall cardboard outer carton. The cheapest way possible which would never have afforded these doors any protection. JKJ Express has one of the lowest claims ratios of the dozens of freight companies we administer claims for and it is unfortunate that an ************ person can leave a review that does nor represent the whole truth.

Dishonest and unethical
Unethical and dishonest. We provided them with a complete claims solution and they implemented it and then just neglected to pay. We legally forced them to pay for what had been provided and terminated our relationship with them.One of the conditions was that they could not offer our claims service again.To this day they still charge their customers for our claims service even though they know it is illegal to do so. Wish I could give them a negative rating.
