I had an issue at a dealership and the management team at LiquidCapital along with consultant Simiselo, really went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Great show of goodwill that is highly appreciated.
Hi, this is more of a warning to first time car owners who take out a maintenance plan and are told that you will only have to worry about tyres and rims. This is not entirely true, if your car dealership or other approved facility wants to change a car part that is covered in your maintenance plan and for some reason or another, your maintenance plan’s service provider rejects the claim, you will be liable to pay for the disassembly and assembly or as they call it diagnostics check. According to the claim process at this particular service provider, the customer’s role ends when they take the vehicle to the dealership and advise the maintenance plan number, taking into account that the service to be rendered falls within their maintenance plan which in this case it does. The whole claims process seems to deliberately put the customer at potential financial risk, because the dealership touches your car prior to authorisation from the service provider knowing that there is a chance that the claim could be rejected and you have to pay for the labour. This information is not included in the website and is not told to you verbally but it is found vaguely in your contract, that is if you get a copy. In my case, I did not receive a copy, I requested it online a few times and still never received and according to my service provider, it was due to them capturing my email address incorrectly. Now I am stuck having to pay a labour cost for a part that is covered in my maintenance plan.
I bought a 6 pack of Beetroot 09 Dec 2021 and while eating the first bottle I noticed black objects in the Beetroot. I thought it was just that bottle, I opened the second bottle and this one has black objects in it as well. The expiration date on the bottles is 2023. I have contacted KOO and have been ignored on all platforms regardless of the many chasers that I have sent.
Miway insurance is the best of all worlds, customer service, efficiency, clear communication and affordable. I have had great customer experience since joining this company. I just called after being with them for a few months just to review my monthly premium, I was assisted by Bonolo, who walked through my current cover and reexplained all the aspects and advised that he would check what he could do to reduce the premiums, in less than 5 minutes he had a decent game plan which he explained thoroughly. Great service.
Hi all, Do not finance your car via WesBank even if they offer the cheapest monthly installments. The hassles you will have to deal with afterwards are not worth the money saved. I purchased a vehicle and financed it through WesBank and took out a maintenance plan which was added to my monthly installments. A few months later, my car was stolen and recovered in under 2 hours in fairly the same condition. WesBank took it upon themselves to decide that it was a write off and cancelled all my policies including my maintenance plan and received the refund. When I was planning to take my vehicle to a service, I noticed that the maintenance plan was cancelled on the service provider's website. Not the best way to find something like this out. I called the service provider to confirm and they confirmed that it had been cancelled by WesBank. WesBank denied such claims both telephonically and via email. I eventually got a hold of the email sent by WesBank to cancel the policy and only then did WesBank acknowledge that they had cancelled the plan and later stated that the maintenance plan was still active. This was only resolved after the maintenance plan service provider had a three way call with WesBank that they acknowledged their cancellation of the plan and promised that one of their staff would call me to reactivate the plan. As you can guess, I never received that call. This back and forth spanned months and now I am late for my service and looking at forking out cash from my own pocket to pay for the service regardless of the amounts I paid each month for the cancelled maintenance plan which WesBank should have communicated with me their client that they were cancelling or at least could have acknowledged right from the get go and saved me time and energy... and now money.
