Stealing my money
They are a bunch of thiefs , they have upgraded me without any knowledge in April. To a bigger account now instead of paying R100 a month they have me paying R350 a month for some reason and they do not help us and it's all the Team leaders problem.... They don’t phone back - F### this I am moving over to FNB in this week as they are a bunch of incompetent idiots at standard bank.

Love the gym !! They stopped any communication with members after the lockdown was extended and even made us make payments for the time we could not use the facility. Not responding to any emails

Mediocre Service
The online department delicates there duties the to other departments when you whatsapp them or call them , and the shipping company they use are pathetic but the service and items are really good.

False Advertising
Sells you chinese replicas with the descriptions of real items and makes you pay for the real item and then when the items arrive you can feel and see its cheap chinese garbage.
