What a lovely place to garb something to eat, not over crowded and it's good for kids

Embarrassed by staff members
I have never been so embarrassed today, by a supervisor, cashier and sales man at Makro Nelspruit. I went and bought three TV’s, my account limit is R20k and the TV’s cost was R20 292. I tried to negotiate with the accounts department but I was told to get back to the sales man who assisted me and request for discount. I went to the sales man and he helped me, however here is the embarrassing part, before I could go to the accounts department, the supervisor apparently told me to speak to the sales man before I could approach the accounts department, I honestly did not hear her suggest that but then as they help me with processing the stock, the sales man called me a dramatic customer “ we could have helped you buy you were too dramatic”, the sales man said. in the meantime the cashier and the supervisor speaks about me as if I am not there “ He claims he did not hear you suggest that he must speaks to the sales man for discount” the cashier said to the supervisor. Suddenly they were all angry at me, I felt like I as bagging for a service or products. The white man on the other side (appliances section) saw me as frustrated and impatient customer. I apologize for being frustrated and impatient but I they sold me three TV’s 2 and half hours later. I really did not want to be at Makro but I was desperate for the TV’s. I couldn’t go elsewhere because I only have an account with them. I am only sharing my experience with other customers,

Disabled celll number
So I had 24 months contract with vodacom and was due for an upgrade in September 2020.i went to the branch, only to be told that I was three months behind. I was surprised because my account was still active. Immediately my account was converted to prepaid. Three months down the line my number was inactive. I phoned customer care and was informed that I was handed over to RM lawyers and I will never use my number again as it was deleted from the network. Was not informed of anything. Now their so called legal department could be so rude it's unbelievable
