Deleted website and mail, more concerned with covering tracks than supporting clients.
Dismal tech support, deleted a website, content, all emails and everything associated with it. Claimed that we directed them to do so, they haven't responded in 2 weeks to the issue. What they have however done is delete my previous hellopeter review stating this. As apparently we aren't their client anymore so thus it is invalid to criticise them. Our client code was 11690, respond to the emails, respond to the livechat, respond to our whatsapp queries. Stop ignoring us 1-Grid.

Deleted all website content and emails without warning!
Pathetic service, really woeful. They deleted all the website content and email content of my client, said that it was done by our order, and then instead of showing us evidence of this, they proceed to ignore all communications via email, via Whatsapp, and also on their own Livechat platform at their website. Technical support is awful, the response times are non-existent, and this company cost us thousands in losses due to having to reinstate everything they willfully deleted. Thanks 1-grid!

Great service even in lockdown.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond in terms of service, really in-depth medical advice, and on top of that shipping is quick and easy even in full lockdown. Great little business, one well worth supporting.
