Our internet has been down for almost 4 days with minimal communication from the company to advise why. This has been a strain in our household as we work from home. They have switched their lines off so there is no way of reaching them. I've sent them numerous emails with no response. This is ridiculous !! as a company its important that you inform and update customers on what's happening and why there is such a delay with network. I understand things break but communication is really important. This is the only way I could possibly reach the company.
A very important order has been purchased and was expected to arrive on 4 June 2020 as per the delivery arrival date on app Order #72542157. It's been a day and no communication as to why. There is also no contact details to follow up. When sending an email an automated response gets sent to confirm they will not responding to emails. Absolutley disgusting service. Will definitely not be purchasing from Takealot again.
