John came and fixed my tv the power board- end is September 2021, the power board is kaput again this is mid November my receipt says 12 months guarantee. I have contacted him , he does not pick my calls and is not responding to my queries. I paid him a total of 1600 and we had a good dealing even have the receipt from his company. But now when I need help they don’t want to answer my calls. Just so sad.
I cancelled my service using the self service portal, they continued charging me for 12 months. It’s been two months of chasing the refund. Most of the time’s been lost on false promises of a call back. The manager won’t even respond to my emails and follow up calls. Utterly disgraceful!
