Postur - bad service
Wish I could give a 0 rating. There devices are defective, mine worked for a week, they gave me the run around with emails and are now ignoring me. Please don't waste your money buying from the. Many people have been ****med by them.

Hi I upgraded my contract via the online centre, received the phone with a scratch on the screen. After much frustration I managed to get them to collect the phone and asked them to cancel the upgrade. It is now a month later and I have still had no resolution. You spend +/- 1hour on hold before you even get through to a consultant. Their advert is "speak to a service champion", don't believe them, it is a lie.
