I’ve only been at the hotel for a day and I’m already settled on a 1/10 rating. Reception staff have a ‘can’t do’ attitude and when you question this, you are met with snarky, sarcastic and condescending responses. Devron and team, do better.
Telesure's client reversed at full speed into my vehicle in December 2022. I have an eyewitness affidavit confirming this fact, and the driver acknowledged fault. I have obtained two quotes to have my vehicle fixed, one of which is from an auto body repair that Telesure wants me to use, which comes to R70 404. After fighting for MONTHS to get Telesure to cover a reasonable amount of this, they will only offer R26 440 which they say is their 'final and best offer'. Tell me how this is fair? We've involved managers, done everything we can, and we are met with unhelpful and downright rude responses from Telesure. I know I'm not a client and so they don't think they owe me anything, but their client smashed into my car at full speed, and now I'm going to be approximately R44k out of pocket?

Pineapple itself as an insurance provider is wonderful and very well priced. But I think what sets them apart from the crowd is their staff/consultants that are super responsive, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Awodwa especially has been so great, and helped me over a long period of time - my issue wasn’t passed between people/ignored for weeks (hello Discovery!), and the care that she provided in resolving my query was really impressive. Thank you guys, thank you Awodwa!
