Terrible service. Will never use them again.
My father passed away early December 2019. We managed to close the account after a lot of back and forth emails and walk-in visits at Telkom. Telkom still owes the amount of R1025.31 This invoice 8206260005023067774 on account 335855927 has already been mailed to us on the 5th February 2020. I have sent various emails on 9 February, 17 March, 26th May, 1st June to try and finalize this as I am also acting executor. There is no way I seem to be able to contact Telkom and when I visit their walk-in stores I am told that they can only see on the system that the account is closed. I was there again 6 June to be told that Telkom will call me to resolve the issue. I find it unacceptable that this cannot be resolved after more than 6 months.
