I compared quotes on hippo for my vehicle, however these people do not understand when you tell them that you are NOT INTERESTED, I have told the same person how many times to remove my number from their list, but still he phones me everyday. I am slowly but surely starting to become beyond myself and lose it!!!! According to the POPIA act you can phone me ONCE and if I say I am NOT INTERESTED to not contact me again. You doing everything thats against POPIA.
I have been a loyal customer of mweb for quite some time... I could not pay my bill as I did not work then they suspended my internet which was fair. After I paid the amount they insisted, I got my internet back, this was around month end so it was pro- rata'd. I had to be refunded over R600. I downgraded my plan telephonically and now my bill is more than it was before I downgraded. TRY TO GET SERVICE, ****ING NON EXISTING. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You get hold of a agent on the chat feature, they talk until it comes to the billing part then they silence you. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM. I wish they see this, not that customer service matters to them anyway.
I have been a loyal customer to pick a pay for quite a number of years, so that, that I don't do my shopping at any other shop but pick a pay. I bought a packet of avocados a few times when the whole pack was off and I thought to rather leave it because perhaps its customers press on them and then they go off, which can't be the case for 4 times now. Bought at Soneike, Ipic Centre in Kuilsriver. We pay and pay and pay as consumers and quality just slacks, IS THIS FAIR TOWARDS YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS????? So after I have send this email, I got a reply that apologises for the product and that they will reimburse me for a packet of Avo's. WOW!!! SO that I can get another pack of off avo's. The sad thing is, looking through all their reviews, it seems like there is a lack of care, maybe everyone must just stop making use of Pick a Pay, show them the respect that they show us as customers.
Your quality is really BADDD! and I have the pictures to proof it. After we have supported you for several years, we have decided to not support vida e caffe anymore... Let me tell you exactly why! We decided to go to Vida e caffe on Bottelary road Brackenfell, we ordered 2 chicken mayo toasties (as they were always so so good), after a few previous disappointments we asked that they make the toasties extra toasted.. Further than this I am going to say TERRIBLE, SOGGY and quality control is bad!!
