From time of applying which took less than a day to installation that took 1 day Excellent service Competent Timeframe was superb GoSolr team amazing, proficient and high level of service quality

As a parent I would advise you not to send your children to Damelin. First of all they owe me R13000 since May 2022, same generic answer I get it is with their finance department now with legal as I had to get Legal Wise advisor involved. They a bunch of thieves and liars. 2ndly one lecturer in specific at Damelin Randburg is a ......... unethical and does not want to be accountable. Swaying the children from right to left, they disgraceful. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO DAMELIN, THE FEES ARE HIGH, SERVICE LEVELS FROM FINANCE IS POOR, WONDER IF MY SON WILL ACTUALLY GET HIS DEGREE. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE DATE OF GRADUATION LIKE SERIOUSLY. THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DRAG OR NEVER SEEM TO WANT TO PAY YOU BACK WHEN IN CREDIT> By the way still waiting on them to refund me
Always on time with payment when going to the Vet
I have requested a refund from the 13 May 2022 - time frame that was communicated to me from Damelin/Educor was 8 to 12 weeks. It is now the 17th week, whenever I call in for my refund they just seem to have the same story "it is an internal process, will escalate, you cannot speak to the finance team, manager will escalate, will call you back (they never do I call). It is like I owe them the money the way I need to call for my credit amount to be debited to my account. I will never use the services of Damelin nor would I recommend to anyone friends, family and those who are reading this. I am utterly disguted in the way they treat their customers.

I was assisted by Nathanuel Phillips who guided me through step by step with my insurance I am taking out on my pet. Effective, effecient and had answers to all my concerns/questions. Delighted young man and a gem to have at Oneplan Insurance. He not only proofed to be capable of knowing what he is saying, this goes to the company Oneplan itself for training your staff with good telephone etiquette and putting your company name out there.
