They have not paid back our deposit 20 days after an exit inspection. They are highly unprofessional with the exit process after renting.
Vodacom fibre is completely unreliable with random drops in internet connection and below advertised speed. Customer care is unresponsive and they give you a runaround with no solution. Don't get stuck in a contract with no way out, I honestly cannot wait to switch to a different service provider when this contract is over.
