I had a 36 months contract with telkom for laptop and router they debited my account for 37 months, then i reversed the installment for the 37 months since the term of agreement was 36 months. they called me for sim upgrade since the current one is expiring. my account keep on increasing with the amount of the previous contract and the existing upgrade. i called them several times seeking clarity concerning the reasons of debiting my after paying for 36 months according to terms of contract but instead of answering my questions, they demanded me to pay monthly for that because i was supposed to cancel the contract even though the terms of agreement has lapsed. now they send their debt collectors to me which i asked them the same questions that they did not answer. since i have paid according to terms of contract my balance keep on increasing every month adding the amount of the previous contract and the current one
The consultant was very friendly and helpful to my situation
i had a bad experience with Guardrisk Insurance as they refused to cover my claim for small scratches and dents according to our service level agreement and they are refusing to give me my money back hence they fail to deliver services to clients. I can sort out myself if i have my money back
i have put a claim to Optimum Insurance concerning the body care policy in December 2019 until so far they have never assist me with anything. every time i call them they ask for my policy number and tell me that they will come back to me but they don't. they tell me that they are still investigating and they don't tell what are they investigating for 6 months. i told the consultants that was assisting me (Dipalesa) to give me my money as they are failing to stick to their terms of agreement, since then they drop my calls
