These people are thieves. Never ever use this scratch and dent insurance company. You pay upfront for 2 years cover and then when you want to claim it is rejected. My daughter is a new driver. She had a scratch on the wheel arch, this could not be repaired under the policy because it was more than 15cm, hence we did not notify them of the claim. Now she has another scratch which is within the requirements and this is rejected because we did not notify of the initial damage that we id not want to claim. Gosh does this make any sense. This is just madness,

Good day CEO / Optimum I would like to share my horrible experience that i have had dealing with Lerato Masinga located at the johannesburg office. our Insurance admistartor company has use Optimum service to ensure all staff against disabity cover. i have ben working for over 8 years at my Company .SINCE 2012 in the last few year have have had several medical issue beyond my control . from being assulted during home ivasion , and hit on head with a iron pole . which later on resulted in seriose brain condition including mental wellness. i have also had to have 2 operation in 2020 . As has been off for for a long period . SINCE SEPTEMBER 202O, i have not been able to work at all , and have been in a clinic , where MIR & EEG etc has prove my serios e Diagnose , through independat doctors. i have not had any income for over 3 months , as i have to struggle by yself to try and activae my GRPI . I locate broker Optimum and spoke to a lady called Lerato , after much difficties. i manage start the process , and had to reach out to Lerato to under the process. Both time i was in incovience to her . i littery had beg from her and muy own company to help . Nobody bother to ask do i have food to eat or how are you doing . yester 05 janaury i received a call from Lerato as Mention to Momenum who is the actuall insure . what BIG problem i have had , beg and s**** to be help . While trying cler an issue with her , she was exremly verbal and did not even want listen to what iwas trying query ,.She is rude and abruted. and the scond incedent i have had with her . she even dropped phone on me ..... oh my boss is calling ... while i was stil speak she cut the call . they quick to take youe month premuims , what when you actually need asstance . you throw to the wolfs . i ' m so dissapointed in her and her company . for the lack of showing empathy ..... it a appear to be gredd ... w ' ll take your money But when you nedd a moment to be help .... then Basically you mean NOTHING !!!! t them . i will Not recommend at any South african EVER use their service ... Cant be trusted . Based on my personal dealings with them 3 month anda week , and i ll still waiting for Momentum and them to finally look at my claim . Shame on You ALL . Regards Andries Kruger

i have put a claim to Optimum Insurance concerning the body care policy in December 2019 until so far they have never assist me with anything. every time i call them they ask for my policy number and tell me that they will come back to me but they don't. they tell me that they are still investigating and they don't tell what are they investigating for 6 months. i told the consultants that was assisting me (Dipalesa) to give me my money as they are failing to stick to their terms of agreement, since then they drop my calls
