I purchased bed linen from Volpes. After a week's use, the pillowcases have unexplained bleach stains, getting worse each day. The duvet set, which was R1299 ( a premium price in my opinion), has terrible stitching. There are bunches of threads all over, and some thread has already started to unravel. If this is how the duvet set is looking after a week's use, I don't think it will last even 3 months. I've sent Volpes an email to info@volpes.co.za without any response. Hence, why I am now posting this review publicly. Please let me know how I can contact them.
I made a order and received a confirmation email, then 10 minutes later another email to say that the first order was unsuccessful. Later that day, I order the shoes for a second time. When I looked at my bank statement they had charged me twice, and ended up delivering 2 pairs of shoes on separate days. Zando never informed me the first unsuccessful order, was now in fact successful. Then I tried to log a return for the second pair(two days after it arrived), but according to Zando, that pair was not yet delivered and therefore I could not log a return. Eventually they sent a email that the order was delivered and I could finally log a return( about a week after it was actually delivered). Now it was been a week after they said the return would be picked up and the return is still not picked up. All in all this was/is the worst shopping experience ever.
