Worst service i have ever expirienced,,,owner does not want to take responsibility for anything..I returned a perfume that was leaking and the odour was very weak and i was told i would get the perfume within a week..Its been two weeks now and the perfume is not back, the store reps and owner are sending us from pillar to post and giving nothing but excuses about the wheareabouts of the perfume. The owner of the store had the audacity to tell me he doesnt know when il ever get the perfume back..Their guarantee for quality products or money back is just a joke!
In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic it has gotten more difficult to get good service especially when ordering online. Thats why i was pleasantly suprised when i ordered a blanket box from Sleepmasters nd got my delivery in less than a week. Their service was fast, efficient and proffesional. whilst most companies are making countless excuses about delays in processing orders and more delays in delivery, its good to know that there are companies still maintaining high service standards.
DONT BOTHER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM, WORST SERVICE EVER..BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW WAITING FOR DELEVERY..WHEN YOU ENQUIRE THEY TELL YOU TO INBOX YOUR DETAILS BUT STILL DONT BOTHER TO REPLY!!!WHEN YOU INBOX THEM AGAIN THEY SAY THEY CANT LOCATE YOUR INBOX. WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY DECIDE TO RESPOND THEY KEEP GIVING YOU NUMEROUS EXCUSES AS TO WHY DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE AND REASURE YOU THAT URGENT DELIVERY WILL BE MADE AND THEN WEEKS PASS BY AGAIN! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME PURCHASING FROM THEM!
