Very bad service by SA underwriters
I had an accident 7 months ago, this insurance company towed my car to marvic panel beaters. I have not received my car from 13 November 2019 to date. I'm being tossed around by the insurance and the panel beaters. I feel like they are working together to destroy my family. During this pandemic my family do not have a car to use. If anything happens to us while using public transportation, they will be fully liable. If they can't repair our car, they must let us take the car to our chosen panel beaters and just pay because we are paying them every month.

7 months full repairs by marvic panel beaters
Marvic panel beaters have repairing my car since November last year. They are giving me lame updates. I asked for the pictures for the update, and they are failing to show me any progress, they refused when I wanted to take my car from them
