Worst company to use for insurance, all the other negative reviews speak volumes. Service is pathetic and when they cannot deliver, you try to cancel and 3 months later still trying to cancel the policy!
Poor service from the support team, no response after 6 days and it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Trying to update my profile and do not have access to my old account. All I get is a automated message to say someone will attend to your query shortly... and shortly has turned into 6 days.
I changed to a private client almost a year ago, and the bank charges for the services rendered are not worth it! I have tried a number of times since then to downgrade my account back to a gold account, and that is near impossible to do. After numerous attempts via a private bank, secure online chat and phone calls, I have still not achieved this and yet I still get charged the same bank fees. FNB just milks you dry and you get zero service. The most frustrating and awful experience ever.
