I’ve been seeking for my refunds since February the 11 till today I’ve not been assisted. It’s frustrating dealing with these people
It had been months now, fighting this company they claim I owe them when I cancelled they policy I paid and they claim again that I didn’t pay everything I paid again. Now I’m struggling to get a paid up letter since then they keep me on hold for 10 minutes or they answer the phone and put me on mute. I’m really tired of this company
The worst service ever since August they can’t cancel my control even when they asked me to pay cancellation fees. I did and yet they fail to remove me as they attempt to debit always and it always reflects missed payments on my reports. Everytime I call I hold for 40 minutes and get transferred from pillar to Post
Very poor service from Bradlows In Tshakhuma, My mom bought a couch and when it arrived it was not the same as the one she saw by the shop, they returned it and she asked for a refund and they said they will refund her with the policy if 7-14 working days that was in September, the 14 has lapsed and she’s not been assisted till today, she’s an elderly woman and she ignored all day till she went home
For the second month consecutively I’m writing about the same complaint. My contract is cancelled yet they debiting me twice after they promised to reserve the money they deducted last month which they didn’t they debited me twice again this month
I have cancelled my account with them but they keep debiting me, when I call to inquire they keep putting me through to someone that never picks up the call. I have been calling them for the past 3 hours and I keep going through the same process. This is very unprofessional
Ive not had internet connection for 3 days now. When you call you have to wait 40 minutes to be attended to, all the calls i logged on the app dont show at all.. pathetic service im receiving at the moment.
I am not happy with capitecs service I went to deposit money only for the atm to go out of service and the money didnt reflect in my account, i went into the branch immediately they said the only thing they can do is to log a call, 4 hours later no one has contacted me They dont have sense of urgency and lack care to their customers. After all this ordeal i think this is where my journey ends with this bank
