Unbelievable! You are nothing but a bunch of money-grabbing *******! You had the audacity to try and double-charge me on October 10th after I’d already paid by EFT, and now you’ve suspended my account despite your own web portal showing I’m not in arrears and that my next payment isn’t even due until November 1st. The incompetence from Cell C is beyond absurd—no wonder clients are dropping you like flies. Here’s a promise: the moment my contract ends, I’m moving every single one of my accounts to a provider that actually cares about its customers and listens!
Best IT experience I ever had, there remote support is is the envy of the industry
This is the second time that my company has bought Items from this vendor. The first time we bought an Item from them there was a bit of complication as it was a rare to find item and this caused a delay with delivery. The second time that we bought from them HP data cartridges that they informed us that they have 8 units on and and 4 units will arrive in 48 hours. The Order and payment was made on Thursday 11 June 2020 so that we can secure the units from them. Their sales rep Peter was assisting our company numerous calls was made to him and every time he promised that he will phone us back but that never happen. On Monday 15 June 2020 we again contacted Peter and he kept on promising that the stock is on its way and he will contact us still that afternoon as he is just waiting for Fedex. He never called back and also stop answering his phone. On Wednesday we contact Peter again and he indicated that he is still waiting for the stock. Later during the day Peter again stop answering his phone and we only received a Mail from Terrence that is working with Peter. We requested on 18 June 2020 that they release the 8 units that they have on hand. We only received a mail back from Terrence that has indicated that they wont allow walking clients, that we can understand and don't have a problem with. We requested per mail that they must please assist us in some form that we can get the stock. Several mails have now been sent to them with no reply, we requested that reimburse us the amount that has been paid to them as we have not received that stock we also still have not receive feedback on that mail and funds has not been paid back as yet
