My order arrived and it was inedible, it looked like someone took my order and shook it around. It was completely messed. I have resized my photo and it still says the file is too big. There is no other way to place a complaint without a photo. I have returned my order. Let's see what uber eats does about this. It is not the first time this has happened either.
Absolutely useless. Nobody seems to be able to get through to me. My number goes straight through to voice mail. And it is in all different areas that i am. So it isn't just bad signal in 1 area. I have called cell c three times now to sort this problem of mine out and all 3 times they have said that it is sorted out but it clearly isn't. I wonder sometimes if the guys on the other end of the call have been trained properly for these sorts of problems. Utterly useless. My cell phone is my business line and in these trying times i CAN NOT afford to miss any calls whatsoever. Please Cell C, let me know what the problem could be. I have been with Cell C since there inception in SA. This is not how you treat a customer who has been with you for years and years, even new customers should not be treated like this and lied to. Polish up your act Cell C...
I ordered and paid for a boat cover to be made for me by Tokkie and Toffie. I paid R2500.00 for it. This was 5 months ago. I have had no correspondence from Tokkie. And they don't answer my calls, reply to my mails or messages. These guys have stolen my money. Please be careful of them. They are not reputable at all. They are thieves and will steal your money too. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could.
Cell C Limited operates as a customer-first mobile operator in South Africa. This is Cell C's description on Wikipedia. I have had endless problems with Cell C from the beginning of lockdown in May 2020. They contacted me and said because i have been a loyal customer of theirs since there inception into South Africa i qualify for a package whereby i only have to pay for the minutes i use and the data i use during Lockdown. They did not honor this. It was not in righting, so it was my word against theirs. so i have a payment plan whereby i paid the arrears i owed every month. The plan was to be fully paid by the end of December 2020, which i did. then they contact me a few days ago saying i still owe R1064.00. This is after i have spoken to someone from the call center and they have told me my plan is paid and i can go back to my normal contract fees. The woman i spoke to about the extra R1064.77 told me that the call center (help line) were wrong. So if we cant phone the call center for queries, who can we phone? Its ridiculous. So after contacting the billing department i made a payment plan to pay the R1064.77 in the middle of Feb 2021 in full so as to catch up my arrears that i still had to pay. this was agreed upon by the billing department. Last night my fiber line was suspended. This is the 3rd time my line has been suspended after i have made payments arrangements with Cell c. Which i have honored every time. Then i try and call their 24 hour helpline and their business hours and Monday to Friday... NOT 24 HOURS AT ALL. I have been a customer of Cell C's from the beginning. I have had good service in the past, BUT in the year 2020 i have had the worst service possible. I will definitely be changing my contract when it is up to another service provider. Cell C has shown me nothing but disrespect by not sticking to their word over the past year. I warn everyone to not sign a contract with Cell C. They are useless...
So over a month ago i wrote a review regarding my dealings with Cell C who i have been a loyal customer of for 11 years now since their inception into South Africa. I did receive a call from one of Cell C,s customer liaison officers after i posted my complaints here on Hello Peter, to help me reconnect my fiber line. However i have been waiting for a call from their credit department regarding my account and the billing thereof. During the full lock down period i received a call from Cell C informing me that i qualify for a payment relief package whereby i only have to pay for my usage and NOT my full package. i received my statement and they have charged me for my full package. i have been liaising with a gentleman who i will rather not name and shame who has assured me that my matter will be resolved and a manager from the credit department will be in touch with me. After numerous emails that i have sent to him to try and resolve this matter which has been over a month now NOTHING has been resolved. I have received NO correspondence at all. They have continued to send me statements and not debited my account. This matter has been going on for 3 months now and still i am getting no where fast. Your customer service is terrible. Especially towards a customer who has been with Cell C for a very very long time. I would not recommend Cell C to anyone who is thinking of opening up a new contract... This has become ridiculous and now out of hand. Thank you Cell C for NOTHING. I cant wait for my contract to be up so i can move to a new cellular provider!!!
I have been a very loyal customer of cell c since their inception into SA since 2001. So over this lockdown period I was unable to pay my account and sent all the necessary documentation through to cell c for a relief package. A gentleman called me and said because I am a loyal customer I qualify to only pay for the usage of my cell phone account during the lockdown period as I was not earning a cent. So I only have to pay for the minutes that I use and not my full account. Which I was very grateful for. Then I get my statement a few weeks ago and they have charged me for 2 months full contracts. I have phoned the call center 5 times, nobody has been able to help me with this matter. When I ask for a manager they say they are all busy and will get a manager to phone me back. I am still waiting. It doesn't end there... I got another statement yesterday stating that I am in arrears by a month on my fiber line. And if I dont pay it by the end of this month my fiber line will be suspended.So I called an agent at the call center for the 6th time to work out terms of payment. We came to a conclusion that I will pay what I owe cell c over 4 months. I get home tonight from work and my fiber line has been suspended. I thought I worked out terms and if I didn't pay it would only be suspended at the end of June. So once again I called the help desk and they escalated the problem to a supervisor who sent it through to the billing department. The consultant said my line should be reinstated by 18.30 tonight the 18/06/2020. I am still waiting. I have been with cell c for 19 years and they treat me like I am not even a customer of theirs. I am highly disgusted with them and I would like a response from top management please. It just seems like nobody knows what is going on and they send you from pillar to post with no joy at all. 19 years of loyal support should count for something!!!!! Stick to your word Cell C.... I am not happy at all with your service...
