Very bad communication.
Good day After various attempts to contact you in regards to money in an account there has been no reply. Can I please have the contact details of your lawyer so my lawyer may communicate with them further in this matter. If any other person can provide me with such information it will also be appreciated. Regards

Just bad.
I have been paying for a year now. Yet my claim is outstanding for 6 months now. They do not come back to you and if you do get hold of somebody they give you the round around. Nothing bad a bad experience thus far.
