refused to refund
i have sent a complain to booking.com . about the place i was supposed to stay at but i ended up booking another place , because it was dirty and the owner was drunk . He even told us that he also stay there so we will be sharing the same house . on our arrival there tools and the tv on the floor and he told us that we were supposed to checked in at 17h00. the pool and the place was dirty . we refused to stay there and booked another place . the owner was even smoking in the house.( peters place kuilsriver

just now NEW The lady whos doing eye test send all black people to go and redo eye test at pick n pay even the guy who had glasses . When u get there thy ask u to pay cash . Even old white people who were older than us passed the eye test ,thy were not send there . This means that shes working with pick n pay people ****ming poor black people . Even the guy who had glasses was send there .

Don't pay attention to complaints
Good day, you company has been deducting money from my partner's account since 2018. Her name and beneficiaries are wrong. She tried to send emails to head office and even told your agents at the call centre. 2 policies she doesn't know about.shes asking for refund, stil she received an email saying you will contact her. But nothing and I won't stop sending messages or go find help somewhere to get your attention.
