If there was a zero rating that's what i would give them, i requested a paid up letter on the 02 September 2021 , no response , i spend an hour busy calling them on the 07 September 2021, twice the system was frozen when they capture my details, i had to keep calling back. When i finally get through to legal department for the second time , they said they can't assist me over the phone , i can only get feedback via email. I resend the email on the 08/09/2021 to 'customerservice@directaxis.co.za'; 'complaints@directaxis.co.za' <complaints@directaxis.co.za>; 'accountaxis@direct.co.za' <accountaxis@direct.co.za>, i just got an acknowledgement of my email and am still waiting. today i called legal again and waited 9:31minutes and still no one answered. Just for a simple letter all this drama.
