Tracker
I am paying every month my tracker insurance.. Now that my car s stolen, they cant assist me to track my car. They have a lot of procedures and paper work to assist me to track my stolen vehicle. This s very bad service. A car s missing.. Tracker cannot assist me.

Poor service
Ever since I took my car for repairs to Human auto kimberley, they could never fix it. They should just close down. I think they r hiring technicians that r not qualified to do the job. Instead of fixing ur car, they will break it. The last time i took my car there, my sound system was stolen. They could not answer for that.

Russels online store
Russels online store sucks. They do not know how to do business. i bought a bedroom suite online on 5/6/2020, i am till waiting for my delivery. It was a cash sale. You cannot get through to customer service at all. Head office was also of no assistance. I will never buy anything online ever again. This was my first and my last time,even if another disease breaks out. Their service delivery sucks big time. The manager must be fired.
