We had a group 12 kids which we divided in six, they told us we must book online we paid R400 and when we got there we where told that my payment didn't go through. So had to pay again and they told me i must call for refund which i did, i gave them everything they asked from me but still it was back and forth... Until i asctually told them to keep it cause wow R400 is alot of money guys and on top we had to pay when we go there.

Please help
Someone opened an RCS account on my name, was told to get an affidavit from the police station and sent with a copy of my id with 3 of my signature. Which I did I sent the doc on the 19 of May 2020 and today is the 24 and still nothing. I understand with the covid 19 things are a bit hectic but at the of the day its not my fault cause I don't understand how can someone open an account using other peoples identity and I never sign for anything but now am in debt ... and now I want to purchase something and I cant cause of this is lowing my credit score.
