despite multiple attempts to reach out, it has now been three days with absolutely no meaningful feedback. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending me new reference numbers with no explanation or progress. Every time I follow up, I’m met with generic responses and no real action. It feels like I’m being passed around without anyone taking ownership of the problem. This kind of service is unacceptable—especially when it involves money. I expected better communication, faster resolution, and at the very least, a clear acknowledgment of the error. Rain needs to take responsibility and treat customer concerns with the seriousness they deserve.

Early this year at cosmo creek we have been experiencing loadshedding like any other communities but we started having more problems that came together with the loadshedding. When we had loadshedding at 4pm that would end at 8 or 9 pm, we would stay without electricity at our house and few more houses for another hour whereas everyone else had. The problem got worse every time we had loadshedding until it reached 12 hours mark, if electricity comes back at 8pm we will only have electricity in our house at 8 or 9 am the following day we kept on calling eskom to come and attend to our problem but to no avail. They will give us a Reference but they won't come when you follow up they will say electricity is now back. Or they come and say someone else will have to come and look at the box with a pc or we have spoken with the people who installed the box to come and have a look but nothing like that ever happened. From January till now. We don't have electricity as am writing this.
This people keep coming to my account to take money, for what I don't know. Who they are I also don't know but what I know is that they are riping many people of and many people don't realise it because they take anything less than hundred rand and many banks don't report it
