Great experience
Norman Nel the engineer did a sterling job and is professional, whilst Shevon at reception make sure that you are fully up to date with the progress of your repairs. Ensure can be proud to have ambassadors that is service orientated at all times. Well done.

Bad Service
Takealot | Return Credited | RRN-f4e3-7345 Bought printer Cartridges for 2 x 2 x HP 920XL Combo Pack Generic Ink Cartridge bundles pack on 19 June 2020 and returned both Bundles on 20 June 2020 because the product is not comparable with my HP Printer, supplied proof to substantiate the inferior quality of the product. Was refunded only one of the two Bundles (half of what I paid) send 5 emails to remind them to refund the other half of the purchase to their agent Chad Daniels and no response from nobody.
