Worst Car Service Ever !!!
Took my car in for service got it back and it didnt start they had to kick start it. drove out went shopping when I came to the car it wouldnt start. I was stranded called them and they told me they will have to charge for a call out. When i brought the car back I was told my battery is more than two years, its old, before any investigation commenced. My car would have alerted me if my battery was low. I was told the battery cell died and I must buy a new battery at this point my airbag is flashing. Went and got the battery now I must go back for the airbag checked. To take a car for service and have it come back with it not starting and incurring more cost is more than a nightmare!! I am livid !

Cars Inco- operated/ Cars On Victoria the pits !!!
Pietermaritzburg Cars Inco-operated sold me a car that had reversed mileage. I have been struggling to return it. The first car I returned is still debiting from my account. Apparently they changed to Cars On Victoria after many complaints

No technicians available to fix anything
My tracking system does not update with trips that I make. I have called tracker about 3 to 4 times trying to fix this. The first time I was told the technicians need to update the system and I was going to be called back no one called. The second time I was told a booking will be done and no booking was ever done. I waited to be called, nothing. Today I’ve given up as I had to keep holding for the technician for the longest time

Excellent Service Rendered
These guys are the best and will go out of their way to give you a hassle free experience. I was dropped off when I took my car in. When my car was to be returned the noticed the break light is was not working so they put a new one. I had another concern with the car regarding the door handle which was not their fault or problem but they assisted me with it. They are absolutely amazing and God sent. I thought the service was great cause it was my first day but it has been consistent through out. I'd advise anyone to take their car there🤗😊😊
