An Absolute SCAM!!
AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not order from them you will not receive your order and they will take your money. The website looks legit. It has a captcha icon and email box to contact them if need be, PayPal etc. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is unfortunately another case of online theft.

Horrific customer care and quality!
Horrific customer care and terrible quality. I ordered red satin pjs. Before I had even washed them, the red dye was transferring to all surfaces in my house. I then washed them according to their washing instructions. I slept in them that night and the red dye transferred all over my white Egyptian cotton sheets! I messaged Adore Couture with my issue and they did not reply once. How disgraceful! Happy to take your money but if there is a problem they are not interested.

Appalling customer service - no refund on a returned item
Absolutely Appalling customer service! I returned an item unopened to One Day Only over a month ago and I am still waiting to receive my refund. I have sent numerous emails following up on my refund and have not received a single response. I will NEVER order from One Day Only again. I fear I will not receive my refund at this rate. This is day light robber at it's finest. How can you receive a returned item and not refund the purchaser? Their service is completely unprofessional. A warning to all future purchasers, do not order from One Day Only, they are scammers and thieves!
