Clicks advertised the flue injection on all platforms the past few weeks. Booked an appointment for yesterday morning at 9.30 and arranged for staff to go directly to town for this. Called the clicks online number to verify the cost on Friday. Staff arrived. clinic doctor was running late. Staff was told that no stock of the R95 flu injection. Only the R145 one. He did not have enought money on him for this. So 2 hours wasted. Why could clicks not call/message those who booked appointments to inform about stock shortage? Not apologetic. Just told to make another appointment! should not be 1 star. but should be zero stars rating
Wow - impressive and friendly service. Both Professional and fast! Certainly a hassle free service.
I applied to Vox for the LTE . The system did not specify the routers which could be used and i had to email to find this out. The reply was that the router i already had was not compatible. I then bought a router from them and after much delay and not being able to communicate with them - long delays in getting anyone to answer telephone and days for emails to be answered, i finally was advised that the process was completed and the routers listed as being compatible included the one i was told was not compatible!!! at the end of the Process. Now they need to arrange the refund and i am still none the wiser as to when i will receive the urgently requested sim card! I thought it would be easier than dealing with Telkom but apparently not!
During February negotiations were made for the purchase of several tights and tops to be purchased from Turning Point. The date required was the weekend of 13th March for a festival. We were assured that they would be able to do this within an 8 day turnaround. The budget for this was R20k and they brought the invoice in line with this so that they could get the business. The message from them:Please find amended Proforma Invoice , Would you kindly email me the proof of payment in full so that i can process your order asap. in order for you to get it in time. Payment was made immediately. The date was not met but we could use the items for the next festival end April. No communication regarding progress was received. when lock down became evident and the festivals cancelled, we communicated on 23rd March with Turning point to cancel the order and refund the monies. The reply was that this was in production so could not be cancelled. Once businesses were up and running we found that Turning Point were now busy making masks but had not taken the trouble to communicate further regarding the order. Once again on 30th April, we requested that the order be cancelled and the monies refunded. No response was received so we communicated via their web page on 8th May and were told that this was not possible according to them and the order was complete. They were asked to deliver but delayed on this for another week and then decided to finally admit that the order was in fact not complete and agreed to refund the money for the items not as yet completed. They charged R160 to courier the box of completed items and then delayed for another 3 weeks before finally doing the refund of the balance of R5k! Only for use to discover that there was R800 short ! When queried the reply was that they had deducted a cancellation fee! This is not acceptable! They did not cancel the order and insisted that it was complete. To deduct R800 from a R5000 refund! All our small businesses are in distress but there is no integrity in the manner in which Turning Point conducted itself.
