Super rude employees
StyleDiva Pretoria.. I went there to find out about closures as I was not well experienced with Brazilian and all these other human hair wigs, and the ladies that work there were the most rude people I've ever seen in my life, I was told to read the labels in a very harsh manner.. Went out immediately and bought the closure at some Indian shop around sammy marks.

No refund after their courier was robbed.
I've since ordered two make up items in April on the 14th....on the 10th of May my order status was then changed to 'with courier'. I waited the whole month without my order being delivered and even sent them dozens of emails till I finally called them on the 24th June to really understand what the delay was.. That's when they tell me that the courier was robbed, I mean shouldn't it be their responsibility to ensure that all customers are aware of this.. Similar thing happend with Dischem and they immediately gave me a call to tell me that they have been robbed and that they will deliver soon. But foschini wants customers to predict that they might have a robbery. OK, I then ask them to repackage the same products, and they tell me that they will refund me.. Even today I'm still waiting for the refund, not even an email to tell me that I should expect a refund. Such a **** service. So I must always call them.
