This internet site debit my account without me even subscribed to them. Nowhere on my app store to even try and cancel the subscription. Don't know where they even got my details. Unable to get any response from them. See people say you have to get a new bank card to get them to stop debiting your account
I have been trying to change my debit order details since March 2020 with no success. Every month they charge me R100 for a rwturned d/o from an account they are not supposed to debit. I even went to a Vodacom store who also sent an email, with no success, Don't know why they cannot even change it in the store. The call centers are very unhelpful. But cancel a service and they phone you the very next day to find out why. Will now go to the ombudsman as Vodacom cost me R800 in fees for returned debit orders
