I called Mpho on Monday, sent my documents and she had a response regarding my issue by Tuesday morning, without having had to follow up. By Wednesday my car was booked in for service and everything was resolved all within less than 72 hours. It helps knowing that the cover provided is comprehensive and that with the odd circumstances, the consultant was understanding and willing to assist.
Panel City is extremely *********** and is always trying to find ways to shift the blame. My car has been in with them for 4 months. They updated the insurance systems saying the repairs are complete. 2 days later the car was back with them with issues that they should have fixed as part of my claim. Generally they provide no updates on work, and rely heavily on the delay of parts delivery. No one seems to know what is going on, and it just seems like they only rush to claim huuge amounts from Insurance, and do half job repairs, as a way to claim more. If you want to deal with added hell in your life, then go here. It makes no sense why insurances still have them as a trusted service provider because they are so ***********, spent a whole day there and NOT ONE person who came in was satisfied with their service.

Ordered from Steers and the gent decided that he would mark the item as DELIVERED and let me stand in the rain waiting for nothing. Instead of refunding me and dealing with the driver, which the app shows clearly went to a completely different complex from mine. They have decided that it is not their problem. In such trying financial times, Takeaways have really become a luxury for some, and we do not need UberEats to turn the experience into one filled with regret and disappointment.
