Beware of hidden call-out fees. Swift Electrical was called out to find a fault in our rental unit that kept tripping the earth leakage. They failed to mention a call-out fee of R586 at any point in the conversation. Besides the fact that they looked around the apartment for 20minutes with a solution that was debunked the same day by another electrician. Not being transparent about call-out fees is ludicrous. I would never have agreed on a call-out if it was communicated that there would be such an exuberant call-out fee for a 20min job. I have now been handed over to debt collectors by Swift electrical for an amount of R801,41.
Would not recommend this business. Monday 11 May made the call to request Fiber installation in Port Elizabeth (I was promised installation would take 2-4 weeks). It is now the 10th week and still no confirmed date for installation. To add to this from the date of choosing my package they have already sent communications indicating they will be increasing their prices. Terrible communication Not reliable Not trustworthy Wish I had listened to the 1 star reviews they already have.
